The V8 Vantage looks sensational and has a reputation for being one of the best-built Astons yet.
Exclusivity and devastating performance have traditionally been Aston Matin's attributes, but with the brands shift into the modern age, the Vantage also brought in a whole new set of dimensions to further the appeal of the brand. As a result, it became one of the best selling Aston Martin's of all time. Originally unveiled as a concept car in 2003, the car attracted plenty of positive feedback, which led to the release of the Vantage in 2005. The elegant-styled Aluminium bonded front-mid mounted GT sports car, was sold with both V8 and V12 options. Accolades soon followed, which eventually resulted in further evolutions and development of the car.
Aston Martin produced 24 variants of the Vantage over its course of production, offered with a variety of engines in a different state of tuning but each one carries its own distinctive character and ability. The Vantage is up there with the most desirable cars in the world but offers that rare mixture of genuine British craftsmanship, quality feel and a sense of occasion.
This example finished in black with a tasteful 2 tone leather interior, has covered just 27,000 miles in its life. Add the fact that it's a coupe and comes with the manual gearbox and you have yourself a real drivers combination.

A bit of research on the VIN shows the vehicle was originally supplied with 10 spoke, diamond turned Alloys but now has the 5 spoke wheels that would normally be supplied on a sports pack car (this is a non-sportpack model). Do you have the original wheels?

I did not know that, no I don’t these are the wheels which were on the car when I bought it
What sound system is on board?
It’s the standard system, not the B&O but still very good.
Has the clutch been changed? Does it slip in high gear if accelerating?
The clutch has not been changed in my ownership, as you’ll see I have only driven around 2000 miles in two years. If you’ve owned an Aston before you’ll know that the change especially from first to second when cold is hard, I warm the car for 10minutes before moving off. As for does it slip when in high gear, no not at all, it’s very tight and the acceleration proves that
