Introduction
Glynn Parry
Road presence, performance styling and an almighty V8 roar, these cars are sure to turn heads.
The 6th iteration of the Corvette, it featured a new exterior design that benefitted from an increased wheelbase, but actually a smaller more nimble package overall in terms of length and width. The designers also managed to increase the cabin space, and importantly the C6 first featured a new LS2 V8 outputting ~400BHP.
The car comes to market from ~1.5 year ownership with ~50,193 on the clock and a recent 05.10.2023 showing no current advisories. The current owner is a Corvette enthusiast having owned earlier models in the past, and has upgraded several elements of the car to give it "ZR" styling, the side skirts and front splitter which gives the car more of an aggressive edge to it which definitely doesn't look out of place given the power the car produces. In addition to the upgrades and investment already put into the car, the gearbox has been serviced and a harmonic balancer replacement has also been carried out.

I WANT ONEAsk Questions
Neither! It’s merely a note on V5 which is because of way in which cars are tested in usa. See the Carfax report , DVLA letter and reply from
Honest John. Also see the invoice from Topcat. I’m sure Warren Gilbert at Topcats would speak to you and reassure you no nasties. Sailed thru MOT as well ; I know the MOT station and we all had a very very good look underneath and around it before and after Topcats did the work .

Hi Tom … Do you have any pictures of The damage please and was she CAT S or CAT N please
Hi Tom …Is the car a UK or European car as I need to buy one with a COC “Certificate of Conformity” So I can register her in Spain …best wishes Tony
Hi Tony
You’ve got me there! I do not have nor have I seen such a certificate on any of the 3 Vettes I’ve had. First one I imported myself and did what is now called IVA, second one was a Japanese supplied car which was imported to the UK and then this one, none had such a certificate to my knowledge,. This car has been accepted by DVL:A, given an age related reg no. and has as you can see passed several MOT’s without a problem! Really sorry cannot help more…..Classic Corvette club forum excellent or I can recommend Eurovette, speak to Keith Beschi, who is mega on info and bits. Tel 07702 156402
We had a house in Spain for a long time and was a member of the Classic Car Club in Andalucia; I can give you a contact name there who might help? Quite a few Vettes there!
Cheers
Tom
Hi Tom …thanks for that …so do you know if your car came from the USA or Far East because if it did it would NOT have a COC …I’d love a Name and number for a contact in Andalucia and could ask him also …best wishes Tony 07770613987
