Launched in 2003, the Bentley Continental was the first car to be made under VAG management, and has succeeded to become one of Bentley's finest grand tourers, using mass production manufacturing techniques from the factory in Crewe, Cheshire.
In 2005 the Mulliner Driving Specification was introduced, allowing further customisation of an already well-spec'd car. An array of interior trim options, 20-inch 2-piece 7-spoke alloy sports wheels, drilled alloy sports pedals and footrest, gear lever finished in chrome, two-tone leather and veneer combinations, diamond-quilted hide to facing doors and rear quarter panels, seats with embroidered 'Bentley' marque and dark-stained burr walnut, to name a few.
This Bentley currently belonging to Andrew was previously owned by the Pangbourne main dealer as a factory demo car. As you would expect, it comes highly spec'd to show off the latest features and technology the Continental GT had to offer. The GT is powered by the mighty 6.0L twin-turbocharged W12 engine, which produces a whopping 552bhp with a top speed of 197.6mph.

Dear Andrew, when is the next service due and what type of service will be needed ( A, B, A + B, etc.. ) ? Does this car come with any warranty or can I purchase additional warranty for it ? Based on your experience and use for 12 years, and keeping up with all the repairs and services, how much should one allocate for maintaining the car up to its recommended standards and services ? Thank you
A small correction – “allocate per year”
The last service was 28/05/21 – I would normally service every year. I am sure a Bentley dealer could tell you what sort and rough price a service would be based on year and mileage. The car does not come with a warranty. I really would not like to predict future costs. Hopefully the multiple service invoices I supplied will give you a good idea of what I spent to help your considerations. Thanks for your interest. Andrew

And Driving in London is it ULEZ compliant ?

Hi Derek, the car comes with 3 keys – two are the full normal keys and one is a “valet” key (restricted function). The ULEZ car checker that I used stated that a ULEZ charge is not required for this car. hope that helps and thanks for your interest in the car. Andrew
