Introduction
Alan Stuart
One of the M-Divisions best 90s creations, a real pocket rocket featuring the same 3.2L straight six from the M3.
The BMW Z3 Roadster first launched in 1995, based on the same chassis as the E36 3 series. It was available as a roadster or coupe and used the rear semi-trailing arm suspension design from the older E30. M-Division engineers worked hard to create an M version of the Z3, and used the majority of the components from the E36 M3 Evo to create such car. The rear track was widened, curvaceous rear arches were installed to accommodate the much larger wheels, new bumpers, quad-exhaust, and interior trim made the Z3M a rather unique beast.
Finished in arguably the best colour - 'Estoril Blue' with individual specified black/blue leather interior, this example comes to auction with only ~41,000 miles on the clock and 7 years of ownership. This Z3M is ready for any enthusiast's collection.
This auction listing was written from information supplied by Alan after meeting Nick the owner, and having visited and photographed the vehicle.

I WANT ONEAsk Questions
Hi, are all the tyres the same make?
Yes .
Hi Nick
Please can you confirm if there is any play in the seat runners?
Thanks
Andy
Hi Andy,
No play all run smoothly back and forward.
Nick
Thanks
Hi Nick, are there any issues with overheating on longer journeys? Also, are you willing to put the car through a proper service prior to pick up. Thanks Kevin
Hi Kevin,
I’ve had no overheating problems with the car . I have only just changed the oil myself and it is well with in its service intervals, so the answer to your question is depending how much I get for the car would determine whether I would.
Many thanks
Nick.
Hello. Let me know if £15000 cash works. I don’t understand all this auction arrangement so won’t do that … But my details are below. Thank you Tim
Hi Tim,
Thanks for your offer If I don’t get what I want for the car then once the auction has finished we can have a chat.
Many thanks
Nick
Hi Nick, thanks for your reply, it was a general Q re rust on the underside.
A few more Qs, you say about including the original cd changer if required in the boot does this include the original radio cassette stereo?. Is the passenger side seatbelt guide on the seat broken? Has the car ever been recorded as a Cat S or any other Cat? and is there a tonneau cover provided.?
Thanks
Paul
Hi Paul,
Sorry just read the message again. I haven’t got the tonneau cover. And as far as am aware the car has never been be any cat.
Nick
Hi Paul,
The seat belt guide in the passenger seat is all working correctly in the picture it looks broken but its where the belt can be unclipped to move the seat fully forward. I don’t have the original radio the previous owner replaced it with a kenwood head unit.
Nick.
Hi, looking at the video, under the vehicle there appears to be some rust, can you confirm this has been looked at and this is just surface rust.
Thanks.
Hi, yes it’s only surface rust any particular area you are concerned about?
