Introduction
Jacob Boodrie
Cadillac dropped a huge supercharged V8 into their mid level saloon to compete with the likes of the BMW M3 and Audi RS4.
Introduced in 2003 the CTS (Catera Touring Sedan) was the first Cadillac to be offered with a manual gearbox since 1988, becoming a more driver centric option. The following year a high performance variant was unveiled; the CTS-V, equipped with a 5.7L V8, beefed up suspension and brakes from Brembo. In 2008 the second generation took the engine and upgraded it to a 6.2L supercharged version, and in 2009 the CTS-V set a production sedan record of 7:59.32 at the Nurburgring, this is a seriously quick car.
The specific car is a 2011 "Black Diamond Edition", it has a 6.2L V8 under the bonnet producing ~556BHP. The special edition CTS-V features beautiful "SpectraFlair" black paint with aluminium flecks in it to really make it shine, "Graphite" wheels with yellow brake calipers, Recaro seats and Bose sound system. This CTS-V comes to market after ~1.5 year ownership, covering under ~2,000 miles in this time. It was originally sold in Dubai and imported to the UK in April 2021.

is this car right or lefthander.
Hi, It’s Left hand drive. (Only made in LHD) BR Steve
hey ,Do you still have the original headlights ?
Hi Axel, not sure but will check if I kept them. BTW the new ones I bought were original GM parts and can be adjusted for the US and countries driving on the right. In case you were asking and thinking of buying to export. BR Steve
yes Steve , thanks you that was my question .
the original US lights are accepted in Belgium but if you have put originals in euro or UK specs that would be ok .
Just checked with the technician that fitted them. We fitted US OEM lights for sure. They can be used in left and right hand driving countries. The originals were UAE spec and would not adjust for the UK enough. Definitely all good for Belgium! BR Steve
Thanks
