Very rare Wide Body convertible XJS with Lister upgrades and manual transmission.
I bought in 2022 because of its rarity and striking looks. I then spent £000's completely upgrading the brakes, etc.
I now have too many cars and not enough space.

Fabulous Lister Wide Body and Lister Aero Kit.
The car was restored around 2015 and remaining in magnificent condition with all new power roof and striking OZ wheels
Fully refurbished 17 x 8" OZ Racing wheels and tyres.
Fully restored in 2015 when the Wide Body (steel) front and rear arches were sculpted and Lister Aero body styling kit was fitted.
There is absolutely no evidence of corrosion or damage.
I added a NOS Jaguar Sport rear spoiler in 2022.
The glacier white paintwork is quite stunning, as can be seen from the multiple images.
All glass is good, apart from passenger front window which is a bit slow, having seen very little use over the past two years
Interior was fully replaced with new seats, carpets, door cards and interior trim. It all remains in excellent condition, including the new headlining, having seen little use since being restored.
All as new, as can be seen in the photos.
Dashboard is in the same condition as the rest of the interior, with excellent veneers.
Steering wheel is NOS Jaguar Sport item purchased and fitted by me in 2022.
The Getrag 5-speed transmission's gear selector is in great shape.
Excellent uprated V12 producing 300+bhp and around 400nm of torque.
Engine is super sound and has been upgraded with big bore stainless steel air intakes plus K&N filters and some remapping.
The Big Bore stainless exhaust system frees up more power, as does the excellent Getrag 5-speed manual transmission.
It retains factory oil pressure and is leak free.
Note: The car has been running with a digital speedometer since it was converted to the Manual transmission, which is why the mileage remains static thereafter.
Brakes are all new in Oct 2022 when new competition quality components were used. These included new vented, drilled and grooved discs, together with all new calipers.
Suspension was uprated in 2015 with Spax adjustable units.
Not for the faint of heart!
This XJS offers a completely visceral experience, which is nothing like a standard car. You are completely involved when driving this car.
It is loud and proud when doing its thing and still retains a musical burble when cruising.
All electrics appear to work fine, including the Face Off stereo and electric aerial.
New MOT issued on the 4th April 2025 - Good history file accompanies the car.
This car has been well cared for in my ownership and upgraded as previously described.
It comes with a nice file of invoices, including original owners manual.

A reserve is the minimum price that the seller will let the car go for.
