Introduction

The Porsche 911 has for many years been an iconic benchmark in sports car performance, with the 420bhp Turbo model only serving to further cement its standing in the sports car hall of fame.
The Porsche 911 Turbo (996) was introduced at the turn of the century in 2000, coming from the factory with a staggering ~420bhp coupled to an all wheel drive system that could reliably and quickly put the power down, as a result of this the Turbo quickly became a popular sports car and had no difficulty in upholding the reputation of the 911. Alongside its performance figures the 911 Turbo benefitted from the comfort and practicality of Porsche's German engineering, making it a well rounded car that could be enjoyed and appreciated by all.
This 996 Turbo comes to market from ~2 year ownership, and presents in excellent condition having covered just ~62,000 in its life. It comes in the ever popular colour combination of "triple black", and has a matching hard top too. A solid history file comes with the car, and this particular example has had the ECU remapped to adjust performance towards what comes with the "X50" pack.

HI Paul, Does the car have current MOT, if bought would probably look to drive away, so is it easy to fit hard top and does the stand collapse down and fit into car or would it need to be delivered seperatley, thank you Nick
The missing trims I believe are the two caps that sit on top of the screws that hold the hardtop down, they are in my garage somewhere I believe, I’m not too sure there are a lot of creaking noises! It is 18 years old so I’m sure has the odd noise but nothing excessive I don’t think
Hello Paul, i notice there are a few trim covers missing especially when roof down, do you have them, also on the road test there is a lot of creaking noises as if trim loose or suspension, can you comment, thanks. Steven
Does the sunroof work ok- cant find video of it opening/closing? also is there a hard top?
Hi David, the convertible roof works perfect and it comes with a matching hardtop with a stand and a cover. The hardtop has a small scratch but nothing major
