Introduction
Glyn Parry
Continuous improvement of an already perfect sports car, introducing the 991 model - half a century of technical evolution and refinement.
The 991 was an instant hit when it first appeared in 2011, with its sleeker rear lights, wider nose and a 15 bhp gain from its well respected predecessor. The 'S' variant continued with the 3.8L flat-six and could be connected to the awesome 7-speed dual-clutch PDK gearbox that takes the car to 62 mph in just 4.1 seconds - impressive.
The development team at Porsche also redesigned the body and the extensive use of aluminium means the car is 45kg lighter than the older 997 model.
This Carrera S features bi-xenon lights, 20" wheels, adaptive dampers and the torque vectoring system - which selectively brakes the inside rear wheel with a limited-slip differential.
This particular car is in truly stunning condition and looks purposeful with a black-on-black colour combination together with the 20" wheels - it's a timeless legend.
This auction listing was written from information supplied by Glyn after meeting Adam the owner, and having visited and photographed the vehicle.

What is the fault on ECU that’s listed? Has it been fixed?
Hey Dennis, not sure what you’re referring to? Could you let us know, there are no dash warning lights etc. Kulraj – Trade Classics
The Porsche tech note says “fault in ECU” Adam has explained there is no fault however. Thanks

History is listed in this advertisement, it was serviced last in January 2020. Good service History.
Hi Russell, if you review all the content, you’ll see the registration. Best, Kulraj
Hi,
Have any of the issues highlighted on the PorschTech report been fixed?
Also, could you confirm that the warranty is transferable and will pass to the new owner.
Thanks
The Porsche list was a typical Porsche visit ( you will know what I mean if you are an owner) , the list was given to me when I had tracker enabled. Car is mechanically sound and had a regular health check by an ex Porsche Specialist mechanic ( Porsche Tech ) in Coventry . Warranty will be transferred.
Can you provide the options factory fitted to the car? The sticker inside the owners manual or inside the boot will give all the codes.
What is the service history like?
